Second Wind Research Labs is a trade name operated by Renew Peptide Health LLC.

References to “Second Wind Research Labs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Renew Peptide Health LLC, doing business as Second Wind Research Labs.

By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

9. United States Shipping Only

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping.

Orders are generally shipped through the United States Postal Service using the shipping method displayed at checkout.

A flat-rate shipping charge applies to orders with a merchandise subtotal below $250.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $250 or more qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise stated on the website or during checkout.

Taxes, previously purchased items, canceled items, refunds, discounts, gift cards, and other excluded amounts may not count toward the free-shipping threshold.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of:

Weather
Carrier operations
Incorrect addresses
Holidays
Service disruptions
Regulatory reviews
Events outside our reasonable control

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

10. Address Changes

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Once an order has been processed or transferred to the shipping carrier, we may be unable to redirect or modify the shipment.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

11. Delivery Problems

Review tracking information and delivered packages promptly.

Contact support@secondwindresearch.com as soon as possible if:

You received the wrong product
A product is missing
The package arrived visibly damaged
Tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located

Include:

Your name
Order number
A description of the problem
Photographs of the package and product when relevant
Photographs of the shipping label when relevant

You may also be required to cooperate with a carrier investigation.

Claims are reviewed individually. Reporting a delivery problem does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit.

12. All Sales Final

Because of the nature of research products and the need to maintain appropriate storage, handling, safety, and chain-of-custody controls, all sales are final except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved by us in writing.

We do not accept routine returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including:

Accidental ordering
Incorrect ordering
Failure to review the product description
Unused products
Research project cancellation
Dissatisfaction with research results
